4. Payments & Billing

All fees are processed through approved third-party payment processors. By enrolling in a membership, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method.

If payment fails, services may be paused until the matter is resolved.

5. Subscription Terms

Automatic Renewal

Memberships renew automatically each month unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel at any time. Access remains active through the end of the current billing cycle.

Non Transferable Access

Membership services are exclusive to the approved client. Sharing access credentials or services is not permitted.

6. Refund Policy

All memberships and services are nonrefundable. Access to services, systems, and processes begins immediately upon activation; therefore, prorated or partial refunds are not offered.

7. Confidentiality & Data Handling

Maison de Finance maintains strict confidentiality standards. Information may be processed or stored within secure third party systems used for onboarding, document & data collection, bookkeeping support, scheduling, communication, or payment processing.

Each third party provider maintains its own privacy and security policies. Maison de Finance is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, or data breaches caused by third-party platforms beyond our control.

8. Bank Connections & Financial Integrations

Maison de Finance may utilize secure third party financial aggregation tools to enable read-only synchronization of client accounts.

By electing to connect financial institutions, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

• Account connectivity is facilitated through independent third-party providers.

• Maison de Finance does not store or retain banking login credentials.

• All connections are read-only.

• Clients retain the ability to revoke access at any time directly through their financial institution or connected platform.

Maison de Finance is not responsible for errors, delays, data discrepancies, outages, interruptions, or security incidents arising from financial institutions or third party aggregation services. Clients are responsible for reviewing synced information for accuracy.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, frameworks, reporting structures, text, and materials are the exclusive property of Maison de Finance and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Maison de Finance is not liable for financial outcomes, decisions, losses, or damages arising from the use of services or information provided. Clients assume full responsibility for all financial actions taken.
